MUSIC MAKER — Integrated Marketing Campaign
Marketing Strategy & Execution for a TV Music Talent Show
Led offline and digital marketing for the TV music talent show MUSIC MAKER, building its YouTube channel, Instagram, and Facebook presence from scratch.
Within one month, coordinated a pop-up fan signing event, managing event planning, venue coordination, equipment setup, filming requirements, and branded merchandise production.
Also handled large-scale marketing exposure partnerships, including in-store video ads across convenience stores and beverage chains, as well as a featured program trailer displayed at a major creative and cultural venue in Taiwan.
Collaborated with external vendors to plan social media advertising strategies, budget allocation, and channel-level marketing decisions.

End-to-End VTuber Marketing & Brand Launch
Led the full launch of VTuber character Tsugumi ch., overseeing the entire process from character modeling to debut execution.
Planned debut marketing, ongoing content programming, social media growth strategy, paid advertising, and budget management, maintaining full ownership of the project’s marketing direction.

Lunar New Year Cultural Marketing Campaign
Offline Marketing Campaign for a Leading Energy Brand
Participated in a Lunar New Year marketing campaign for one of Taiwan’s top oil refining companies.
The project focused on offline marketing, collaborating with a well-known Taiwanese temple to create limited-edition auspicious amulets and red envelopes, successfully driving increased gas station foot traffic during the holiday period.
